On New Year's Eve, every housewife puzzles over how to surprise guests at the festive table. All attention is focused on the main dishes and there is almost no time for dessert. This collection contains five excellent desserts that can please guests and do not take much time to prepare.

Cakes "Honey Sweets"

A tremendous delicacy will definitely appeal to even those who carefully monitor the figure.

It is worth noting that before serving, it is better to leave the dish overnight for the best impregnation.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 300 gr;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • butter - 200 gr;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • honey - 60 g;
  • soda - half a tsp;
  • boiled condensed milk - 200 gr.

Cooking:

  1. Print oil in advance and leave to melt.
  2. Place eggs, honey, sugar, soda and 50 g butter in a stewpan. Stew over low heat.
  3. Constantly stirring, bring the mass to a foamy state. It is important that the dough preparation does not boil. Pour into a deep bowl.
  4. In small parts, add flour and form a dough.
  5. Divide the resulting workpiece into three parts and place on a flat plate, sprinkled with flour. Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes.
  6. After the specified time, each part is rolled into rectangles and transferred to cooking paper. Make small holes over the entire area of ​​the future cake layers and bake for six minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  7. In a separate bowl, beat with a mixer the condensed milk and the remaining oil.
  8. Crust the cakes with cream. Fold one on one.
  9. Cut the cakes using a round shape.
  10. Use the remaining cream as a decoration. If desired, you can sprinkle with coconut.

Christmas dessert "Deer in the snow"

Such a seemingly simple treat, like jelly, can also be served extremely original.

Ingredients:

  • raspberry jelly - 1 pc.;
  • cream 15% - 1 tbsp .;
  • water - 50 ml;
  • gelatin - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • black chocolate - 3 pcs.;
  • cloves - 8 pcs. (for eyes);
  • coconut flakes - 1 tbsp. l (imitation of snow);
  • cocoa powder - 1 tsp. (for registration of faces);
  • banana - 2 pcs. (for muzzles).

Cooking:

  1. Make raspberry jelly. In a separate container, dilute gelatin in 50 ml. hot water. Stir thoroughly, add cream and sugar.
  2. Pour two tablespoons of the jelly base into serving containers and place in the refrigerator until completely frozen. Make another layer of white jelly and cool too.
  3. Spread layers to the top of the mold. Finish in red.
  4. Form the horns for the "deer" - melt the chocolate and use a pastry spitz with a thin nozzle to draw them on cling film.
  5. Peel the bananas and cut off the tips on each side of the fruit. The latter will be used as faces. Insert the cloves in place of the eyes, and dip the "muzzles" in cocoa.
  6. Insert the blanks into each of the containers, add the horns and decorate with coconut.

Dessert "Fir cones"

The symbol of the New Year is not only Santa Claus or the Golden Rat, but even cones. Moreover, an extraordinary dish will definitely arouse interest among guests.

Ingredients:

  • corn flakes - 90 gr;
  • walnut kernels - 0.5 tbsp .;
  • boiled condensed milk - 180 gr;
  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp. l (for decoration).

Cooking:

  1. Grind nuts and add corn flakes to them.
  2. Introduce condensed milk and mix thoroughly but gently. It is important that the flakes do not break, otherwise the structure of the finished dish will deteriorate.
  3. Pick up cone-shaped dishes and fill them with the resulting mass, previously lightly greasing them with water.
  4. Billet send in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Carefully remove the finished "bumps".

New Year's carving "Fir-trees"

A great dessert will be a great end to a festive dinner.

Ingredients:

  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • sugar - 1/2 tbsp .;
  • yogurt - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • melted butter - 100 g;
  • liquid honey - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • flour - 150 gr;
  • cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp;
  • almonds - 1/2 tbsp .;
  • dried fruits - 1/2 tbsp. (raisins, dried cherries or cranberries);
  • spices - 1 tbsp. l (cinnamon - 1/2 tsp, clove - 1/2 tsp, cardamom - 1 pinch, nutmeg - 1 pinch);
  • icing to taste (for decoration).

Cooking:

  1. Dried fruits should be sent to warm water for 15 minutes. Upon completion, drain the water.
  2. Coarsely chop the almonds.
  3. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add honey, oil to the resulting mass and continue stirring until a uniform consistency is formed.
  4. Combine baking powder, cocoa powder, flour and spices. Send to the mixture.
  5. At the end, introduce dried fruits, nuts and mix thoroughly.
  6. Lubricate the mold with oil, lay out the mass and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
  7. Cut the resulting cake first along, and then into isosceles triangles.
  8. Garnish with icing and confectionery powder.

New Year's cake "Fir-tree"

This delicacy is able to please not only with pleasant taste, but also add a festive atmosphere. After all, not a single New Year is complete without a coniferous beauty.

Ingredients:

  • Kiwi - 4 pcs.;
  • pomegranate - 1 pc.;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp .;
  • vanillin - 0.5 tsp;
  • ground ginger - 0.5 tsp;
  • flour - 1 tbsp .;
  • butter - 200 gr.;
  • condensed milk - 1 can;
  • coconut flakes - 25 gr.

Cooking:

  1. Prepare the dough: beat sugar, vanilla, ginger and eggs with a mixer until a thick foam forms. Constantly stirring, gradually introduce flour.
  2. Pour the workpiece into a cooking mold. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  3. For cream, mix butter, condensed milk and coconut. Cover the Christmas trees with the resulting mixture.
  4. Garnish with kiwi, pomegranate and remove soak in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
